Privacy Policy
Shree Kedar Associates (“we”, “us”) is an Authorised Person of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd and an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. This policy explains what information we handle through this website, our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) and WhatsApp, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email: your name, phone number and the details you choose to share about your enquiry.
- When you open an account or invest through us: the KYC and account information required by SEBI, the exchanges, AMFI and our principal, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. That information is collected and held under their processes and privacy policies.
- Social media: we publish posts to our Facebook Page and Instagram account using a publishing tool (“SKA Poster”) that we operate for our own accounts. It accesses only our own Page and Instagram account to publish posts and read basic engagement. It does not collect information about people who view, like or comment on our posts beyond what Facebook and Instagram show to any Page owner.
- This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To send you market updates or information you have asked to receive. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with our principal (Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd), the relevant mutual fund houses, insurers and market infrastructure institutions where needed to provide a service you requested, or where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by regulation, and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below. To remove our publishing tool’s access to a Facebook account, go to Facebook → Settings → Business integrations; to remove it from Instagram, go to Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
